McIndoe check a mole campaign— 05/06/10

Recent reports have indicated that skin cancer searches are up 19% year on year. Searches increase in correlation to sunshine hours. McIndoe launched their check a mole campaign in time for the good weather we have seen this summer. As much as we enjoy the sun there is a downside to the weather, such as sunburn, but at worse cancer.
 

As well as searching the term ‘skin cancer’ there has been a 67% rise in searches looking for images. This indicates the benefits of optimising image searches.
