Social Communications Revolution— 22/09/11

Social media has grown at a rapid pace over the past couple of years in comparison to 2009 when Twitter wasn’t yet a household name, Facebook had just hit 150 million users, and LinkedIn was privately owned.

Understanding social media’s developing trends and how this will affect people and commerce will apply to companies in all sectors. Throughout 2011 businesses will be integrating social media into their businesses to begin to take a larger stake of their respective markets.
