Pop Chips in Attitude Magazine

The Brief

To promote Pop Chips as a low calorie, guilt free snack.

Pop Chips are a low calorie snack, with the USP that they are popped instead of fried or baked like many other brands on the market. Being a massive hit in the USA, Pop Chips have been launched in the UK, distributed in shops and cafes.

MEERKAT works have worked with Pop Chips to plan and buy their media to support the UK launch. Pop Chips were keen to target the Gay market to begin with, handing out free samples at Brighton’s Gay Pride and running airtime on Gaydar Radio and Juice FM.

Pop Chips ran a campaign with Katy Perry being the face of Pop Chips. This included an online competition, digital activity and adverts that ran in Attitude Magazine, planned and bought by MEERKAT works. We bought space in Attitude Magazine in January which was a great environment as it focused on their current target audience when people were looking to lose weight as a New Year’s resolution.
