The MEERKATs thrive on exploring new landscapes and meeting new people. So we were delighted to meet Novasol at a travel event and to successfully pitch for their business in 2015.

Novasol  have over 50 years’ experience and are the largest holiday home provider in Europe with over 50,000 properties across 28 countries.


The aim of the campaign was to launch Novasol into the UK market and raise awareness amongst their key target audience.

What we did together

The MEERKATs meticulously examined the media landscape and formulated a media plan targeting London and the South East. The launch campaign involved carefully curated outdoor advertising focusing on the commuter train networks, together with sponsorship of a section of London’s biggest newspaper, The Evening Standard.

In subsequent years MEERKAT introduced radio and launched the 1st Novasol TV campaign. Since 2016 the media recommendations have included high impact Traffic & Travel Sponsorships with two of London’s biggest radio stations: Magic and Heart FM. More recently Novasol became the launch Sponsor for Magic FM’s first festive radio station and the first ‘Magic of Christmas’ all star concert at the London Palladium.

How the conversation has continued

These bespoke media campaigns contributed to an online growth of 30% in 2017 and an impressive £1milllion increase in revenue year on year so far in 2018.
