The MEERKATs love the Great Outdoors and thrive on an adventure so we were thrilled to be introduced to Wild Frontiers through a creative agency, and to hear that our recommendation was based on our excellent reputation within the travel sector.

Wild Frontiers was established by acclaimed travel writer Jonny Bealby, and focuses on providing holiday makers with similar experiences to those enjoyed by Jonny in his own adventurous travels. They specialise in stylish and original small group tours and tailor-made holidays worldwide. Authenticity is at the heart of Wild Frontiers; they are Winners of the Guardian/ Observer ‘Best Ethical Tour Operator’ award and they have consistently held their spot in Wanderlust’s Top 10 Tour Operators for the past 10 years.

CAMPAIGN OBJECTIVES

To create a direct response campaign, engage with their target audience and increase bookings for their high quality adventure holidays.

HOW WE DID IT

MEERKAT planned a direct response programmatic campaign that guaranteed a return on investment for Wild Frontiers, alongside digital awareness ads.

In addition, finely honed print ads were placed in select national press and specialist travel publications to reinforce the digital message and further boost bookings.

HOW THE CONVERSATION CONTINUED

Wild Frontiers have continued to achieve increased brand awareness and booking levels, with more travel experiences added since the start of the campaign and further expansion to the list of exciting new destinations. Paws crossed that one day they’ll take us to see our meerkat cousins in the Kalahari…
